3. 如果刷牙的時候惡心加重,換另一種牌子的牙膏會有效。
4. 如果由于口腔唾液存積使惡心加重,吸一點(diǎn)兒檸檬汁。
5. 喝一點(diǎn)兒姜茶或含一點(diǎn)兒姜片,對有些孕婦有效。
6. 試著吃一點(diǎn)烤面包、土豆和其他刺激性小、易消化的淀粉類食物。
7. 在床邊放些奶油小餅干,起床前吃一點(diǎn)兒會使惡心減輕。
